Welcome to where my words live
whimsicella started off as a beauty and fashion blog way back in 2012. A few years later, I pivoted it to be a space to express my creative writing. I’ve always written what feels true in the moment, things going on in my life, and just making sense of the world through words. Not much has changed!
I still write from the heart, except now you’ll find some marketing bits here and there, too. You can also check out my substack for other writerly things.
(My brand is chaotic and I have a lot of interests — and I wouldn’t change a thing!)

After the Fact.
"It's hard to say that I'm still a little bit messed up by it, the night when everything and nothing happened all at once."
